Are you an experienced Facility Manager who thrives on keeping workplaces running smoothly and

efficiently? Our client is looking for a talented Facility Manager in Plovdiv to create a safe, well-

maintained, and enjoyable work environment!
Ensure the maintenance and functionality of the facilities, keeping them in excellent condition.

Lead and manage a dedicated team of technicians and service providers to meet performance standards.

Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality.

Implement policies to ensure safety and compliance, keeping the workplace secure and efficient.

Be the go-to person during emergencies, coordinating disaster preparedness and recovery

efforts to keep the workplace safe and operational.
Proven experience in a similar role.

Technical background with a understanding of generators, UPS systems, CCTV, access control, electrical systems, and plumbing.

Basic IT knowledge to assist with facility-related systems and hardware.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
