For them, we are looking for a Customer Service Associate.
As the first line of support, you’ll be the key player in ensuring smooth order placement and fulfillment for both their direct and distribution customers. You’ll be at the forefront of building customer satisfaction and loyalty through clear communication, quick problem resolution, and your knack for delivering results.
Your Impact:
Take charge of daily customer order management;
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally;
Work hand-in-hand with regional CSRs, Sales, GAO, and customer purchasing teams to provide status updates and ensure seamless order fulfillment;
Handle price quote requests for direct accounts, ensuring the right pricing is communicated and approved;
Review and process RMA requests in line with internal procedures;
Execute transactional activities across different systems and platforms, ensuring everything is aligned with company policies and audit controls.

What We’re Looking For:
Recent graduate with a degree in Business or a related field. Alternatively, you have up to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role;
You’re driven to deliver top-tier customer service while building lasting relationships.
You have a sharp eye for detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks with precision;
You’re collaborative, proactive, and can work seamlessly with teams across different regions;
You embrace change and can easily navigate different systems, reports, and processes;
Your written and spoken English is top-notch, enabling you to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders!
