For one of our clients – leading provider of business process services and professional

solutions, we are searching for organized, friendly and customer-oriented people for the role

of Customer Service Representative with German and English.
* Assist customers through various channels, including inbound calls and messages;

* Analyze customer queries to provide timely and effective solutions;

* Offer accurate information regarding administrative and technical requests;

* Make updates and changes in the system to ensure smooth service;

* Collaborate with other departments by forwarding calls or issues that require further expertise;

* Play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building trust in our services.
* Fluent German (C1+) and solid English (B1);

* Strong organizational and communication skills;

* Knowledge of MS Office tools;

* A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to work shifts;

* Ability to attend initial training in Sofia (accommodation bonus provided if eligible).
