
Medical Device Maintenance Expert with Polish and English (HYBRID)

For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced
sales, support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for
– Medical Device Maintenance Expert with Polish and English (HYBRID).
*Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers inquiring about medical equipment
and services, providing efficient responses and assistance;
*Offer technical support and guidance to customers, helping them troubleshoot any issues
with medical devices;
*Address customer questions and concerns, escalating more complicated or unresolved cases
to the appropriate teams when necessary;
*Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of all customer communications, ensuring
information is properly logged in the system;
*Collaborate with internal departments and teams to guarantee that customer issues are
resolved quickly and effectively;
*Provide exceptional customer service specifically tailored to meet the needs and expectations
of the Polish-speaking market.
*Fluency in Polish and a strong command of the English language, both spoken and written;
*Previous experience working in customer service or within a call center environment is
beneficial but not required;
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and a strong ability to solve
problems creatively and effectively;
*Ability to address technical inquiries with clarity, guiding customers through troubleshooting
steps with ease;
*Familiarity with medical devices or health-related technologies will be considered a valuable asset;
*Proficiency in utilizing customer service software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge
of Microsoft Office applications.
*Office location – good transport links and close to the metro;
*Full-time job, day and later shifts, home office option;
