Ozone Entertainment is one of the Balkans largest and fastest-growing e-commerce projects, with origins in Bulgaria. Our current portfolio includes ozone. bg, our international arm with websites in Romania, Greece, and Croatia, as well as our retail stores Ozone Games, Ozone Live, and PhotoPavilion.

The IT department at Ozone. bg is expanding quickly to accommodate the management of all of our current brands and allow for further expansion in both Bulgaria and Europe. In relation to its constant development and expansion we are looking for a skilled highly motivated System Administrator to join our team.

 

Main duties:

Setting up and handing over the requested equipment for all new hires;

Installing and configuring Windows OS, Office packages and VPN clients;

Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes;

Leading desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions;

Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues;

Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary;

Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely;

Performing regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures

Ensuring overall product quality;

 

Position requirements / qualification:

University degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator.

2 years of experience managing MS Windows servers.

2 years of experience with Windows domain management, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, and File servers.

Linux system administration and support, particularly with Ubuntu and CentOS.

Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, VMware, and KVM.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Perl, VBS, and PowerShell.

Strong network administration skills.

Experience with email system administration.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Valid driver’s license.
