Our team is the driving force behind the creation and development of leading brands like DR-D Longevity and WOW TEA, and we are currently seeking a talented Facebook Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Day-to-day management of paid social advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram;

- Daily monitoring of performance and budget changes;

- Develop successful strategies to improve all paid campaigns' performance;

- Generate weekly reports and insights for each advertising market;

- Monitor and analyze competitive strategies;

- Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing strategies.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

- At least two years of experience setting up paid campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager;

- Interest in developing sales funnels, growth strategies, engaging audiences;

- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented team player with excellent communication and presentation skills;

- Excellent written skills in English;

- Basic e-commerce and Google Analytics knowledge;

- Experience managing medium to large budgets;

- Xperience with performance marketing in foreign markets.
