For one of our clients – leading world-wide provider of technology and services focused on

improving business performance, we are on a search for focused, driven and tech-savvy

individuals for the role of Tech Support Assistant with Dutch (HYBRID).
* Handle technical concerns via phone, chat, and email, including desk phones, integrations,

mobile applications, and features such as meetings and conferencing;

* Process and resolve support requests by analyzing system logs and performing remote

troubleshooting;

* Consistently meet client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);

* Actively participate in improving the client knowledge database;

* Provide high-level technical guidance and assistance in problem-solving;

* Identify upselling opportunities and provision additional VoIP services and products.
* Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal;

* Interest in Networking and Linux;

* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;

* Experience with VoIP is an advantage;

* Telecommunications knowledge or education is considered a plus;

* Familiarity with routing and switching is a bonus;

* Customer-oriented and proactive team player.
