Brand Activation Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic activation plans for a portfolio within a globally known company specializing in personal care products. This role involves working with both local and regional teams to create comprehensive communication and commercial strategies that drive brand growth and market expansion.
Core Responsibilities
Identify brand growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with the Brand Marketing and Commercial plan.
Formulate and execute market penetration strategies, with a focus on understanding consumer preferences, key customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Manage the brand’s communication and promotion budget to meet annual performance targets.
Localize global marketing materials and campaigns to resonate with the Bulgarian market.
Design and implement annual brand activation plans, informed by business goals.
Track brand and market performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve set goals.
Create and execute the brand’s annual communication strategy, targeting key consumer segments and utilizing effective touchpoints.
Create localized creative content in alignment with regional guidelines and in consultation with the regional brand marketing team.
Localize product launch activation plans developed centrally, tailoring them for maximum local impact.
Promote products across various channels (TV, print, digital, direct mail, events), adapting global marketing assets to meet local legal and market requirements.
Develop and recommend brand investment strategies and portfolio management based on market analysis.
Collaborate with internal teams to establish competitive pricing strategies for the brand.
Conduct and analyze consumer and product research to improve brand positioning and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Fluency in English is required.
FMCG experience is a must!
At least 5 years of marketing experience, with a background in FMCG or consumer healthcare brands.
Experience in brand strategy and activation planning, including media management.
Demonstrated skills in trade execution, commercial planning, and digital marketing.
Proven track record in P&L management, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Expertise in interpreting consumer, shopper, and customer trends to inform strategy.
Ability to manage projects effectively in a complex environment and to communicate across all levels of the organization.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience working in a multi-country environment.
Previous experience in driving organizational change is a plus.
