For one of our clients - a leading European coffee brand, known for innovation and a strong

international presence, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role -

Merchandiser with English.
*Conduct regular store visits across assigned regions to verify compliance with commercial

agreements;

*Monitor product visibility, promotional materials, and in-store execution to ensure brand consistency;

*Collaborate with distribution partners during field visits to support retail standards in

independent outlets;

*Report operational insights and identify opportunities for improving in-store performance;

*Act as a liaison between the field and internal teams to support seamless implementation of

sales initiatives.
*1–2 years of relevant experience in field sales, retail operations, or trade execution;

*Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a hands-on, proactive mindset;

*Comfortable working independently and ensuring adherence to commercial terms;

*Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as it's the primary communication language;

*Proficient in basic Excel functions; ability to complete a practical assessment as part of the hiring process.
*Annual bonus of 10% of the gross yearly salary;
