A prominent hospitality brand is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead their growth strategy and drive revenue generation. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader with a strong background in tourism and hospitality to shape the future of a respected brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Analyze international and domestic tourism trends to develop competitive pricing strategies and sales offers.
Design and execute innovative marketing and sales plans aligned with revenue and market-share goals.
Revenue & Performance Management:
Achieve budgeted revenue targets for accommodation, food & beverage, and banqueting segments.
Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR, ADR, and segment-based revenue.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales team to exceed targets.
Implement structured training programs to optimize team performance.
Market Expansion:
Identify and penetrate new markets while increasing market share in established segments.
Foster relationships with key corporate clients, agencies, and partners.
Brand Stewardship:
Ensure alignment with franchisor brand standards through self-assessments and audits.
Oversee public relations, advertising, and media activities to strengthen brand positioning.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
MUST HAVE at least 5 years in a leadership role within Sales in the hospitality industry.
Skills:
Proven expertise in market analysis, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
Strong command of Bulgarian and Business English (proficiency in an additional foreign language is an asset).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.
