Main Tasks:

Collaborate across all stages of the design process, from initial requirements gathering and user research to wireframing, UI design, user testing, and hand-off for developers.

Collaborate with product owners to understand business goals and user needs, transforming them into intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Deliver simplified and delightful user experience, consistent across all touchpoints.

Work closely with conversion optimization specialist to explore quantitative data and to gain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours across diverse customer base.

Create robust high-fidelity prototypes.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.

Supports and mentor teammates on design best practices and processes.

Co-works in a corporate environment

Basic Requirements:

5+ years of working experience in pure Digital UX/UI Design

Excellent Portfolio of UX/UI design solutions for mobile-first websites

Strong understanding of design principles, including user-centered design, interaction design, and visual hierarchy

Strong eye for aesthetics

Proficiency in Figma and design systems

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Experience in mobile applications design

Experience in e-Commerce website design and conversion rate optimization
