                                      Business Development Specialist - Construction

Main responsibilities:

 Responsible for finding and attracting new potential clients in order to develop the company’s portfolio;

 Prepares offers and negotiates contract terms;

 Participating in different events, forums, seminars, etc. ;

 Presenting the company and building long-lasting relationships with clients;

 Maintaining the company’s database;

 Analyzing and preparing reports.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales;

Experience in the construction field will be considered as an advantage;

Excellent command of English- both written and spoken;

Result-oriented individual with a personal way of communication;

Organizational skills and a striving for success and career growth.
