UBB was established in 1992 through the merger of 22 Bulgarian regional commercial banks as the first and the largest in terms of scale consolidation project in the Bulgarian banking sector. Since 2017 the Bank has been part of the Belgian bank-assurance group КВС, currently the largest financial group in Bulgaria.

We are looking for a professional who can strengthen our great HR team and who will be involved with the following:
MAIN CHALLENGES:
• Actively participates in all HR concepts, project and initiatives in the company - talent
management, performance management, employer branding, internship program etc.
• Builds and develops sustainable relationships with managers and employees in the
specific domain and act like dedicated HR Business partner, providing consultation and
support on HR related topics
• Provides high-quality HR support to the business in the full cycle of the recruitment &
selection processes through: pre-screening of candidates, organizing and conducting
interviews in a professional manner; providing feedback and supporting the hiring
decision making process
• Participates in the preparation of HR rules, procedures and process optimization and
proposes measures for improvement
• Prepares various analysis and reports – regular and ad-hoc.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
• Previous experience in the HR at a similar position would be considered as an
advantage
• Outstanding communication style - open and transperent, and excellent interpersonal
skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task with a focus
on achieving results
• Self – starter mindset as well as excellent teamwork aproach
• University degree in HR, Economics, Psychology or related
• Very good command of English and proficiency with MS Office.
