For one of our partners, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.  

As a vital member of their HR team, you will focus on attracting top talent while supporting various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and selection criteria;

Develop innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pool;

Conduct interviews, screening calls, and selection assessments;

Coordinate and engage in the onboarding process for new employees;

Assist in internal promotions and job transitions;

Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events;

Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

University degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology, or related field;

At least 2 years of experience in recruitment;

Fluent English is a must!;

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and assessment methods;

Ability to define role requirements across different functions;

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

Strong organizational and time management skills;

High level of integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
