Sales Manager with German

Main responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor and drive a results-orientated sales team;

• Setting plans and objectives, strategies, forecasts, offering feedback and surpassing revenue goals;

• Design and execute region-specific sales plans for the market to unlock new opportunities;

• Cultivate and strengthen key client connections, addressing priorities, ensuring their satisfaction, and lasting collaborations.

• Excellent level of German and English language;

• Demonstrated expertise in leading IT sales teams and exceeded sales targets;

• Experience in direct sales and or channel sales is a plus;
